ORDERING
Pretty Please Teethers online store is open 24 hours a day. The website might temporarily be down for maintenance. You must be 18 years old and have a valid credit card to shop on our website. If you are not yet 18 years old, you can have an adult make the order for you.
Pretty Please Teethers is for private use only and products purchased cannot be re-sold for business purpose.
How to Order
Find the product you like and choose your desired color or style. Then click “ADD TO CART”. In the shopping bag you have to apply that you agree with our terms and conditions and then you can click on the “CHECKOUT” button at the bottom of the page when desired products are in the shopping cart. Continue through the checkout process, and chose either:
to fill in your details; name, shipping address etc. or create a customer account for future use. You can check the products and total amount during check out.
Click “CONTINUE TO SHIPPING METHOD” when you have filled in all the information.
Then check if your shipping address is correct. Choose your shipping method and click "CONTINUE TO PAYMENT METHOD".
When you have entered your credit card information and clicked on the “COMPLETE ORDER” button, you have made a binding offer for the purchase of the items you have chosen.
At this stage your order is still subject to our acceptance. When we have accepted your order, we will obtain an authorization from your credit card company for the amount on the order. We are not withdrawing money from your card at this stage, but the amount might be reserved on your account. This is a normal process with banks and credit card companies. If your credit card is not authorized, your order will not be processed further, and we will contact you by e-mail with further information.
Directly after you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail including the terms and conditions for your order.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Please note, that it might take 2-5 business days before your order is shipped from our warehouse.
All orders are shipped with selected courier partners from our warehouse in Utah. You will receive an e-mail with shipping information when your order is on its way. Delay might occur on international & domestic shipping, if the package is held at customs. Pretty Please teethers is not responsible for any shipping delays once an order is in transit with a courier company.
Check with your local post office and mailman. In most cases, they can locate it for you. (We will not process a refund, or send a new item if your package is marked "delivered") In our experience, packages are rarely lost in the mail, but, you have the option to add insurance to your package. If you decide to purchase shipping without insurance and your package is lost, we will not process a refund or send a new item. The buyer will be responsible for contacting the post office and filing a claim.
Orders are not considered lost in transit until the following amount of time has passed.
-Domestic (US): 21 days past the shipping date
-International: 45 days past the shipping date
If your package has been delivered to a collection point, please make sure to collect it in time, before it is returned to our warehouse. If your package is returned to our warehouse, it cannot be re-sent and Pretty Please Teethers will not cover the shipping costs. You will have to cover the shipping costs in such circumstances.
Depending on the country, the shipping rates vary from $3.99 to 50.99.
ORDER CANCELLATION
We offer cancelation on all orders within 24 hours after the order is placed. Unless the order is for a preorder item. If you want to cancel an order, please send us an email with the subject line “CANCEL ORDER” as soon as possible:

PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders are made available on selected product lines throughout the year. When pre-ordering an item we will display the expected date of delivery (the date we expect Pretty Please Teethers to receive the item) on the Product Page as well as on the Order confirmation. This date is not a guaranteed date of receipt by Pretty Please Teethers and is subject to change without notice. We will endeavor to inform you of any delays to this date by email.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns: We currently only offer exchanges.
Exchanges: We offer a 14-day exchange policy. The 14 days to exchange begins once item is marked delivered. Please note, that Pretty Please Teethers does not offer free shipping on exchanges. To start the exchange process please email us at info@prettypleaseteethers.com with:
- Your order number
- The item you wish to exchange
- Shipping address
Once approved we will invoice you for shipping. Exchange process can take 7-14 days depending on shipping. Please contact us before placing an order if you have any questions regarding this policy. If your item is damaged please review our PPT Warranty program.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
We promise to guarantee all Pretty Please Teethers products for up to 3-6 months (depending on lifespan) from when your product was delivered. If your product is damaged within the guaranteed lifespan of the product. We will replace it if the damage is not caused by normal wear and tear.

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and replacements will not be honored after 3 months for teething products and 6 months for our let's play & let's eat collection purchase. Why 3-6 months? We offer a 3-6 month warranty as we recommend replacing your teethers and teething accessories every 3-6 months for sanitary reasons.
Product purchased at a retail store
We kindly ask you to contact the retail store. The retailer will handle your claim by the rules of the country from which our retail partner operates.
Product received as a gift
You need to have proof of purchase to submit your claim.
If the gift was purchased directly from our site and you have an order number, please follow the above request to submit a claim.
If the gift was purchased at one of our retail partners, then we kindly ask you to contact them directly. The retailer will handle your claim by the rules of the country from which our retail partner operates.
Pretty Please Teethers reserves the right to reject compensation at any time. Claim assessments will take place on an individual basis. Abuse of services {multiple claims filed} will result in the removal of one’s purchasing privileges with Pretty Please Teethers LLC
SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
How do I withdraw my consent?

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Secure Payments:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

No credit card fees are charged by Pretty Please Teethers. Please note that it is not possible for us to charge a higher amount than the one approved by you. Payment is processed via Mollie and SPY systems through a Nets approved and certified secure payment solution.
SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.

SECTION 6 - SECURITY
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
